An antique netsuke depicting 2 small mice dancing on the Abalone shell.

The mice are intricately carved, showing detailing in their fur, eyes, and postures. The adult mouse appears to be slightly supporting or interacting with the smaller mouse. Eyes are inlayed.

Made from high-quality stag antler, this original piece is a testament to the rich cultural heritage of Japan. With an age range of 1850-1899, this netsuke is a valuable addition to any collection of Asian antiques.

Condition: Good condition with minor wear and traces of use. The himotoshi holes are on the bottom.
